Online Training Development for Peer to Peer Work: NAPPP offers training for both Peer Program Professionals and youth. NAPPP also offers consulting and curriculum development assistance on how to develop your own online training for professionals and youth. In addition, professionals have the opportunity to attend face to face training in a variety of areas.
Currently, NAPPP offers the following online trainings:
Establish a Peer Program for Professional Teams - 40 hours.
Peer Mediation for Youth (see description for Online Peer Mediation, Users Fee)
NAPPP/OPMP Trainer - Trainer/Consultant for Online Peer Mediation.
Trauma Informed Peer Mediation Training for Professionals.
Youth Face to Face Training:
NAPPP offers the following student middle and high school peer program curricula for a User’s Fee of $150 for each curriculum. These following curricula follow the NAPPP Programmatic Standards and Ethics:
Peer Helping (Peer Helper, Peer Leaders, Peer Mentors, etc.) Core Curriculum
Peer Mediation (Peer Mediator) Curriculum
Peer Transitions (Peer Ambassador and/or Peer Mentors) Curriculum
